At JSS Bazaar, we take care to create and pack every product with attention to detail.

Because several of our products can be customized specifically for individual customers, certain products are not eligible for return or replacement.

Customized Products
Any product that has been customized according to the customer's requirements is non-returnable and non-replaceable.

This includes customization such as:
Personalized names
Personalized designs
Custom text
Custom artwork
Custom specifications
Other customer-specific modifications
Size Customization

Products ordered with a customized size are also non-returnable and non-replaceable.

Please carefully check your required dimensions before confirming a customized-size order.

Before You Place a Customized Order

We recommend carefully reviewing:
Product design
Size/dimensions
Customization details
Spelling of names/text
Colour/finish
Installation requirements

Once customization has been confirmed and production has started, changes may not be possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible with clear photographs/videos of the package and product.

Our team will review the issue and assist you according to the applicable resolution.

Non-Customized Products
For non-customized products, return or replacement eligibility may depend on the product condition and the circumstances of the request.

Please contact our support team before sending any product back.

Important: Products should not be returned without prior approval from JSS Bazaar.
